- The bill has to be paid during the reception opening time. Those who need an invoice are kindly requested to ask for it at the beginning of their staying. Cheques are not accepted.
- In case of breakage or damages to objects and/or furniture, their relative cost will be withheld from the security deposit given at checking in.The apartment will be checked later on and the security deposit will be returned by bank transfer, as long as the conditions of the apartment are the same as they were at the time of checking in.
- As per final cleanings, their cost will be notified to our guests at checking out after the administrative staff has checked the conditions of the apartment.
- Air conditioned and heating consumption will be charged (apartment formula), when checking out, according to the hours or Kw of usage displayed on the counter in the apartment.
- As to guarantee a quiet staying, guests are kindly requested to abstain from making loud noises and to keep down the volume of their radio and TV volume and every other possible device, especially from 2 to 4 p.m. from 11 pm to 8 a.m. The Hotel reserves the right to take any initiative to keep the peace and quiet during the aforementioned time.
- Those who want to hire bicycles, cars, scooters etc. are kindly requested to ask the reception staff during the scheduled hours.
- It is necessary to ask the reception staff for the usage of the tennis court. The access to the court is only allowed to those wearing befitting shoes.
- The usage of the barbecue is already included, but it is necessary to reserve it. Before leaving the barbecue area, those who have used it have to clean up the area. In case of not cleaning up, the related cost will be charged at checking out.
- Please, note that Aviotel car park is reserved to its guests and it is unattended. Therefore, guests are invited not to leave valuables in their car.
- The use of the swimming pool is reserved strictly to the Residence clients and their guests after registering at our Reception desk. Minors swimming in the pool are in any case under the responsibility of adults and their sitters. No safe-guard service is provided round the swimming pool. Aviotel does not take any responsibility as for damages to clients and guests. Swimming by night is forbidden.
- In order to guarantee health and hygiene, dogs are not allowed in the surroundings of the swimming pool.
- Before using the swimming pool, guests are kindly asked to have a shower and wetting their feet in the dedicated area.
- Guests are not allowed to walk with their shoes on along the edge of the pool or to put there chairs, deckchairs, beach umbrellas etc.
- Running round the swimming pool is strictly forbidden. The water spilled on its edges makes it slippery and dangerous.
